my car throttle body is kong????

when i start my engine rpm at 1000(no open air-cond),
but open air-cond rpm at 500-600only!!!!
is kong aledi????????

he planning to change mivec 2.4
which is mivec silinder head from 4G92
the engine block is from 4G94

try change ur ISC gear kit 1st.. usually this is the sickness of TB with ISC kit
